LCS Risk Engineering is a unique risk consulting division that provides a full array of property and casualty services to the insurance industry as well as directly to commercial and industrial clients in the risk management space. The division was originally established to provide much needed (HPR) property expertise in the standard and alternative (E&S) marketplace. Our desktop telephone & virtual surveys are designed to assist underwriters in determining the risk factor of those that they insure. Our objective is to screen out business with high hazard activities or activities that do not fit the profile of the business you wish to write. Our typical desktop survey will provide information on Underwriting Data (to validate application information); Description of Operations; Hazards; Controls & Safeguards; NatCat Information; Loss Review and Deficiencies.
We also have coverage specific automated client self-assessments generated from our web-based inspection management system.
